At Uprise Care, we understand that each participant has different transport needs.

After an initial discussion with our friendly staff, we can check whether your transport funding can be used for the following services with us:
 

• Having a Support Worker accompany you while travelling on public transport to access the community.

• Training you to develop your skills in travelling on public transport.

​

• Using a support worker's car to travel to appointments, visiting family and friends, grocery shopping and activities.
